  • Preferred frequency of update
  • The need for addional fields
  • The kind of reports that are required
  • The kind of screen views that are required
  • Whether the application is likely to be used offline
  • Whether cost resources are to be used
  • Whether material resources are to be used
  • Security requirements
  • Calendar requirements
  • Preferred method of initiating projects - e.g. Proposals
  • Ongoing work - e.g activites
